A SPIRITUAL GATHERING

Healing Ourselves, Healing the Land

Join us for a transformative workshop at Buttonhook Forest facilitated by renowned Nature-Based Coach and Eco-Spiritual Facilitator, Lynn Trotta.

This 90-minute workshop offers mindfulness, grounding, and nature-reconnecting practices, fostering inner peace, renewed energy, and a deeper connection with both self and the natural world. Embrace this act of generosity for Earth and future generations, leaving with newfound wholeness and purpose. In this immersive soul-nourishing and nurturing workshop, discover a profound journey towards self-discovery and rejuvenation.  Allow your spirit to find solace surrounded by the beauty of the Earth.

Amidst climate chaos and uncertainty, channel energy towards self-healing, echoing Mark Nepo's belief that healing ourselves heals the world.  Join us in supporting Buttonhook Forest's healing and protection.
